Ingredients:
200g butter
4 tbs xylitol icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
100ml cream
180ml cream cheese
60ml Lemon Juice
Method:
Cream together all ingredients until smooth
What you're left with is an amazing cheesecake textured and tasting frosting!
